SS7 and AS5400

Dear Sir,

I need to order AS5400 gateway for voice orgination , we will connect SS7 e1s to this gateway , what is the suitable modules i have to order with this ggateway.

You need to use a SLT for this.

The trunk cards also have a serial and RJ45 interfaces for integrated SLT functionality. With integrated SLT, the Cisco AS5400 provides distributed Message Transfer Part (MTP) SS7 signaling functionality directly on the gateway. Like the Cisco 2600 Series-based SLT, the integrated SLT backhauls upper-layer SS7 protocols across an IP network using Cisco Reliable UDP (RUDP), terminating the MTP1 and MTP2 layers of the SS7 protocol stack. Integrated SLT support is available through a software upgrade--no new hardware is required. MTP3/ISUP backhaul is included
