TCL IVR problem

Hi all,

I was configuring TCL IVR script on AS5350XM and debug IVR then I got

what is that mean ?

It seems that only the script will be loaded on the AS5350. And also iIt appears that the call has no audio. Can they remove the script and just test regular calls on the 5350.
