I setup a clarent to Cisco TDM,i.e the outgoing E1 on the clarent is connected to AS5350,calls from the Clarent actually hit the cisco but more than 99% of the calls fails with disconnect cause of 1F.Calls to the PSTN will be in form of 0809XXXXXXX
Hard to say without some debugs of the failed calls.
The destination pattern of 809T will cause the call to pause for 10s after the last digit is dialed, if you used something like 809........ for the dest pattern that matches the number of dialed digits, the call would go through much faster. Is is possible something is timeing out waiting for this 10s timer? You could also try appending # as the last digit to eliminate this delay.
