Troubleshooting MGCP protocol

Hi,

I have configured an MGCP protocol on :

- CCM 3.2 SPH and Cisco3660 gateway with FXS/FXO cards.

the problems are:

- For the incoming calls from the PSTN (FXO

cards) to the IP phone sometimes it does not

work (it does not ring on the IP phone)

- When it works, we wait two rings before it

rings on the IP Phone

IF you run debug mgcp packet on the 3660, it will show you what is happening with MGCP. HArd to say waht is happening without debugs or more detailed info.

Hey,

You might need to add direct-inward-dial on the pots peer.
