Upgrade Call Manager 6.1.x to 7.x

Dears,

can you help me what i need to upgrade Call manager 6.1.x to 7.x assume that its compatable , but i need the upgrade procedure and what i need to upgrade , the support contract or DVD software .. etc.

You will need to order the media DVD and request the Software Feature license for CUCM 7.x

You can contact your local Cisco Sales Representative or your preferred Partner for assistance.
