Please be gentle, as I haven't worked with IP Telephony for 3 years.
I am trying to figure out some usage stats for our VOIP calls over IP Trunks, not PRI/PSTN connections. We do not have any 3rd Party Call Accounting, so I know my choices are rather limited. Also, this system is being phased out in a year, so we won't be able to put any Call Accounting in.
So basically, I need any usage stats I can get for IP-based WAN calls.
Use Cisco CallManager Real-Time Monitoring Tool (it's a plugin from CallManager and you can install it on your desktop). This will give you stats on H323 Trunks, but the downfall is exporting the data. Have you looked at CAR (aka ART)?
