VG224 Help

We use both the VG224 and ATA186 devices here to convert to analog dialing. It seems we have to reset the gateway and/or the ata devices regularly due to common issues such as dead air, cannot fax within, cannot receive but can send and vice versa. Whenever we reset, everything goes back to normal. Then it happens all over the next week. The IOS is up to date on the gateway and call manager manager is also up to date; vers 4.2. Has anybody else had this type of experience, if so, what have you done to address it? Thanks to all in advance :)
