I need to send the " # "character at the end of a dial string. For example 44-555-1212#. This is on the POTS leg on the far end. Where the Cisco (MC3810 with IOS mc3810-a2isv5-mz.122-15.T17)
is hooked up to some GSM units via a Channel Bank. It is the GSM unit that needs the " # ". The #=send button on the cell phone.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi,
I would use a trasnlation rule like:
!
voice translation-rule 10
rule 1 /\(.*\)/ /\1#/
!
voice translation-profile Put_#_attheend
translate called 10
!
Apply that rule to the outgoing dial-peer - should work.
