VoIP call got oneway audio after few minute conversation

All,

My VoIP call got oneway audio after 5 or 7 minutes conversation. Both Originating /Terminating GW is AS5350. Can you help me to fix that.

If you are using a call manager checkout with the configuartions of that, Also i am aware of some bugs related very similar to this like of behaviour in 12.1 version of the 5300 IOS , please check in the bug tool kit , if So upgrading the IOS can solve the problem .

Also check the sh call active voice brief once you have one way audio problem and see which side is not transmitting the packets. That would help you narrow down the problem.

Thank you all for poiting out. I have resolved it by upgrading GW IOS to higher version.
