HI,

MY 5300 IS CONFIGURED FOR OUTGOING CALLS WHOLE 24 CHANNELLS ARE ALLOCATED NOW I WANT 2-3 CHANELLS FOR INCOMING. SO ALL INCOMING VOIP CALL WILL BE ROUTED TO MY WAN INTERNET IP AND THEN IT WILL BE FORWARED TO 3 CHANNELS IN MY EPAPX. MY EPABX T1 IS DIRECTLY CONEECECTED TO 5300 T1 PORT.

HOW I CAN DO THAT?

HOW I CAN MAP INCOMING CALLS FOR PARTICULARR CHANNELS AND CAN I SET PRIORITY FOR INCOMING VOIP CALLS ON 3 T1 CHANNELS.

REGARDS

ANIL

you can very group your 24 channels into two groups and use one for outgoing and another for incoming . you can use the following link for more details http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1835/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080080aa3.html#1077189

can i not use same group for incoming and outgoing?
