I have two site with using cisco 827 and 1760 route.
when I make up a phone call, I can hear the voice from 827 side, but they cannot hear my voice.
Is it some setting worng.

as a start: run a debug to see if any RTP packets leave your router and if so, what is their source IP address and so on.
the command is: debug ip rtp packets
might be your RTP packets are NATed or routed incorrectly.

I have try the command is: debug ip rtp packets
but havent log show in consol.

This problem is usually a routing issue. Make sure you have a route back to their voice subnet
