voip problem throuh vpn

i hava two people working with vpn they use ipcomunicator but the problem is that the phone ring ok, we hear, when we hook the phone nobody can hear nothing, however i press hold they can hear the music on hold.. some one can help me.

finally we rsolve this issue, the problema was that no RTP traffic in the firewall i was blocked.

With that being blocked you actually got the phone to register. That is funny. Well glad it work for you..

Hey few questions.

1. Are you using the latest IP communicator version?

2. Are you running the latest version of Cisco VPN client?

I have seen where when one of these are not up to date you can run into huge problems. What version of UC are you running with?

UC is 4.2

de IP comunicator is 2.02.0090

VPN CLiente 5.0.0.2.0.0.90

Can you do me a huge favour and try and upgrade to the new version 2.1.3 and also update the VPN to 5.0.3.

Again i have seen this and in upgrading everything seem to be working after that.

i can try but i solve the problem.
