Dear Friends,Please help me out for connectivity of voice. We have two Centers in a distance of 2Km. We have connected both centers with Bridges of 2Mb Backbone for data transfer.we have PBXs in both centers. In both centers we have the staff of 50 members each. What is the best possible way for the connectivity of Voice. what type of equipment will support this. Please refer the equipment & Configuration details, So that i am very thankful to you.
At "figure 5" you can find an example of linking two PBXs. The diagram you can see here can be useful to your own design, but instead using E&M interfaces you can use BRI or PRI, depends on what interfaces you can use at your PBXs and how many simultaneous calls you want.
Supposing you have BRI interfaces and you want four simultaneous calls you could use a cisco2801 with a VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE and the DSPs needed (depends on the codec you're going to use with your calls).
