VOIP SP

Hi All;

We are interested to be SP in VoIP. We have exprience in VoIP in very small scale like CME. How can we start to be SP in voice?

Hi!

Since I have expirience in starting 3 alternative (voip) telecoms, I can tell you that you need the following:

1) a lot of money

2) a lot of new knowledge (or a partner that would do everything for you)

3) a good business model which would pay-out (1)

thanks to answer my question. We have money, and also expertise. One of my firend has experience to implement SP and he is double CCIE (security and router/switch) and also we have investors. but the problem is we don't have expertise in VoIP field. I'd like to know if anyone has experience and also knowledge and CCIE in voice, wants to cooperate with us to fullfill that project. also if you show me what is the road map to be service provider, I'd be very appreciated.
