7975 Second Incoming Line

When you are on the phone and another call comes in, it does not display the caller id for the second call.  The other phones in the office that are 504Gs, display the caller id on the second call with no problem.

I tried upgrading to the latest software (8-5-4) but that did not make any difference.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am trying this with a 7945, but it works for me.  Is the second call on a second button, or second call on the same button?  Can you paste your config and give the call flow?  Please remember to remove the passwords from the configuration.
