I am running IOS 15.0.1.XA2 on a UC520. If I have an active call and I login to another phone set up for extension mobility the login procedure seems to terminate the active call. Is this behavior by design or a bug?Cole

I am trying to add a PVC2300 to my community in CCA.  It sits at 40% on the discovering bar.  I am using CCA 2.2.2.  I have tried 2 different cameras.  I have tried it on a UC540 and a UC520 with the same results.Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,I tried to follow the directions to load the latest CSSP firmware, but the problem is that I can't download the firmware from since I don't have a Smartnet contract.  Is there a URL to public firmware versions for the 7960?Thanks!

All,I appreciate any help on this issue. I call into the UC500 and I am able to access my AA. I am then transferred to a extension and have my conversation and hangup. I attempt to call back into the UC500 again and now the phone line is ringing busy...

On both a UC560 and UC540 with PRI or SIP trunks the inbound callerid does not persent the text only the the phone number.  Can this be changed to show name and callerID that is sent from the service provider?
