Configuring Cisco - Linksys SPA 962 IP Phone

I have a Cisco/Linksys SPA 962 Small Business IP Phone that I need help configuring.  The device was previously configured for a different workstation and I need to add the new SIP Credentials for my new VOIP provider. 

Let me say that I am a business user (ie not a technical/IT/telephony professional) and have never configured a Cisco/Linksys or any other IP phone before.  My VOIP provider couldn't assist me and suggested I contact Cisco.  I contacted Cisco support and they referred to this forum.  Nothing I've tried has worked.  Can anyone help me?  Thank you.

First of all you must know the IP Address of the phone and eventually the WEB GUI password.

Now you can access to configuration menu and select the admin menu:

The WEB GUI shows additional Ext menus. Select the previous Ext used and change parameters according to your Telephony provider:
