Solved: Downgrading IP Phones (SPA504G)

Hi,

I have an issue with the LDAP directory search functionnality on my phone.

From what i have read, it is due to my firmware (7.5.4).

I would like to downgrade it to 7.5.2.

My question is : Is downgrading the same process as upgrading the firmware on the phone? And is it safe?

I don't know, but I did it several times.

Ok tested and works fine.

But meanwhile I saw they published a new firmware (7.5.5) that should correct my problem.
