Register SPA525G with Innovaphone IP800

Hi,

I bought a Cisco SPA525G and don't know how to register it with a Innovaphone IP800 PBX.

With a Innovaphone IP telephone i have to configure a name (for example ip-tel-01) and a number within the telephone and then a new user object for the telephone with the same settings in the PBX.

How do i regster the SPA525G with the Innovaphone PBX?

The procedure is the same. Configure an object with phone number only. If you use password authentication you must also configure "password" and "retype-password" text boxes in Innovaphone object menu.
If you have troubles you can set "unknown registration" special option or use debuggin functions (see image).
