Troubleshoot logout from hunt group

Dear Everyone,

I need help to troubleshoot logout from hunt group.  One of my users keep logout from hunt group for unknown reason.  Is there a way to prevent user logout from hunt group and join the extension back to hunt group.

The only way to prevent logging off of a hunt group is to disable the HLOG softkey in the ephone-template.  However, this is not configurable in CCA.

If its a BACD member, and it misses calls, it will auto logout if you configured it that way in CCA.

In my UC520 I didnt setup call handing.  It perform basic hunt feature.  Hunt logout only happend for this extension.  Could you advice me where i can login the hunt group?

Did you manage to solve this issue? When a user logout it keeps on saying logout on the screen and does not log back in.

HLog key allows them to logged back in

If you want to remove the ability to log out of hunt group then remove softkey from ephone-template, now available in CCA

If BACd, disable option to logout after X amount of missed calls
