After Hours Rings

I am trying to set up a somewhat unique configuration.  I have a UC540.  Every call comes in to a receptionist phone.  The receptionist often likes to stay late to catch up on work.  What we want is for the phone to still ring after hours, but have it only be 2 rings.  During the day would the the normal 5 rings.  But at 5:00PM an incoming call would only ring 2 times before going to auto attendant.  She could answer if she wanted or let it go.  The caller would only have 2 rings so they wouldn't be waiting as long to get to auto-attendant.  If anyone has suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

That would require a somewhat complicted approach with either night-based service and forwarding to different DNs that have different settings, or an EMM script that changes configuration based on schedule. Not worth the effort in in my opinion.
