Do you mean that all inbound calls ring the extension 100 instead of AA? Is it FXO or SIP trunk? The call routing destination is set to AA in Inbound Calls page? Please send your configuration to me through Services-> Feedback, select report a problem in the category menu and input "attention firstname.lastname@example.org" in the Suggestions or Problems section.
