B-ACD Queue Question

Hello Cisco Faithful,

I have a question about information that the Command "show ephone-hunt 50" shows.  Each agent has a line, "off-hook agents=0, or 1"

One or more of the agents show "off-hook agents=-1".  Can anyone explain the meaning of "0", "1" or "-1"?

Here is the "show ephone-hunt 50" :

AcmeCo.#show ephone-hunt 50

B-ACD Queue Question

Agent on call should be 1, otherwise 0. Negative value can be a bug, possibly cosmetic only.

B-ACD Queue Question

Hi Paul,

off-hook agents is the number of the agents 1 or more sharing this DN which are off-hook. 0 means nobody, 1 means if the agent is offhook, -1 usualy means DND mode (and maybe - cannot remember if the agent is logout and is offhook or another logout mode also) for this agent as I remember.

HTH,

Alex
