Basic to enhanced

Dear Team,

i'm working on a case for a customer who already has a call manager business edition 6000 version 9.1 with 80 basic licenses. my customer won't be needing those licenses and would like to convert them to enhanced/enhanced plus licenses. Is there a way to calculate it as we used to do with DLUs or in this case the only way is to purchase the basic-to-enhanced license? kindly advise.

That is correct, you will need to purchase the basic to enhanced migration licenses in this case.
