Bringing up an incoming call from another group

Hi all,

just a little suggestion. I setup 2 groups on my uc320

- Reception

- Production

The first one gets the incoming call for 15 seconds. If nobody answer also production group rings.

Is there any method to pick up the call from production before the call is moved to the group?

Hi,

I'm not sure what kind of group you have provisioned.  Did you try using the Group Pickup softkey on the SPA phone and enter the group extension?
