Bug with SPA500 series, localization

Hi team,

We are not able to change the softkey "endCall" to norwegian or any other language for that matter.

Also on the setup button and navigate to option 20 and 21, they are also locked to english.

This has been tested with SPA504G and firmware 7.4.7, in SIP mode.
