Business Edition running Call Manager 6 wants to migrate to CMBE6K
Customer has valid ESW/UCSS contracts on CUCM-UWL-BE. In following the ordering guide the starter bundle makes sense but the 9x3 migration does not. Being new to Cisco products, it was my understanding that those contracts would allow them to migrate the licenses as well doing a BE to BE migration. The ordering guide (Section 4.7) specifies steps for BE5K migration to BE6K and CMExpress but nothing for someone coming from standard BE Call Manager. Version: 22.214.171.1240-13 | Business Edition. Is there a seperate process for those migrations?
