Call parking issue SPA 9000 + 942

Hi, I am having issue with call parking on my PBX system (SPA 9000 + 2 phones 942 series),

when I park let's say 2 external calls or even 1 then I can not come back to any of them (callers hear music on their lines but that is it)

What steps should I take?  Is that feature should be configured automatically, or do I have to do anything to get it going?
