Call Routing Group Membership

Can you help me out with a question about Call Routing Group Membership options?  I know I can specify which ports on a spa400 to use under call routing by specifying L1{1,3,2 etc.  Is this level of detail possible with Call Routing Groups so I can have certain extensions use line2{3,4} as the allowed phone lines but another extension use line2{1,2,3,4)?  If yes, how is it configured?  If not, what order are the ports on the spa400 used when just the lines are specified in the Call Routing Group configurations? Thanks -Don

Hi Don,

How are you configuring call routing groups? I understand from your question that you have call routing groups configured and now want more precise outbound call routing?

Call routing on SPA400s is first SPA400, port 1, then 2, then 3, then four, next SPA400, etc.

Regards,

Patrick
