I have a client using Small Business Office Manager for a UC540. The user is on a different subnet than the UC540, but have no problem getting connected. However, after a day or two, the Office Manager seems to "forget" the address of the UC and can't connect. Anyone else having similar issues?
Office Manager is meant to be run on the same subnet as the UC, and it will only search on the same subnet as the PC is on. You need to have them enter the UC as a manual device in the “Advanced Settings” page. OM will then try and validate that device and not keep searching its own subnet for one.
