Cannot dial out instead dials it to another internal extension
We have a UC540 unit installed. And lately, my client is facing some problem with it. My client would start with dialing the number and then pick up the phone. When client picks up the phone it should start dialing the number but instead they hearing it dialing on the loud speaker in the warehouse and when the numbers are done dialing it just stays on as speaker. Does not connect to the other party.
