Cannot get a call back from XFER, SPA502 with SPA9000 & SPA400
I have an SPA9000 & SPA400 setup with 4x SPA502's, I have it all working sufficiently but i have hit a problem. When a receptionist tries to transfer an incomming call they hit the XFER soft key then dial the EXT, but if the person doesnt want to take the call how would the receptionist retrieve the incomming call to say a person is busy? The only Softkey available is XFER.
