cant change incommming calls

i dont know whats wrong in my configuration but after im selecing soming in incoming call (user, extension or auto attendat) they cant be changed.

my second problem, after im setup the auto attendant with the video (same configuration) the phone is ringing 1 time and then nothing.. you are still connected, but you never receive a answer.

any tips?

Rolf,

From what you describe it doesn't sound the incoming call is being setup correctly (SIP message exchange).  Is the UC320W directly connected to public ip network?  Or is there a NAT or firewall device?

Can you succesfully make an outbound call and confirm 2 way audio?

Please confirm the topology and a wireshark trace or WAN port syslog from UC320W would be benificial.

to my first problem, yesterday and today i was able to change the settings again. I actually dont know why.

the second problem i will check tomorrow. Maybe there was the same problem as forwarding to a cell.

i will come back on saturday with more info.
