CCA 2.2(4) - Firewall Settings Slider on Low but UC560 Configured on Medium
Does anyone know what would cause this behavior with a UC560 (8.0.2) and CCA 2.2(4)?
We initially configured the UC560 with "Medium" IDS settings using the slider control in the CCA interface. After having some serious CPU utilization problems on the UC560 caused by heavy traffic from malware-laden PC's on the customer's data network, we decided to lower the sensitivity of the IDS settings to reduce the load on the UC560 (in addition to PC isolations and malware sweeps).
CCA 2.2(4) was opened and the Security >> Firewall applet loaded; although the script indicates SDM_MEDIUM with all of its various parameters throughout the script, the CCA slider control was set to Low!
How were we to set the slider to Low from Medium when is stuck on Low?
Ultimately, the change had to be made using the CLI, but the CCA should have picked up on the fact that the UC560 settings are MEDIUM. Please let us know if anyone has experienced this in CCA and what may be done to prevent or solve it in the future.
