CCA 3.1 Licensing Increase query

With CCA 3.1 it says

UC500

Licensing Increase

.  UC540 and UC560 platforms will come equipped with 24 user licenses and  the scale of the UC560 platform will increase to a maximum number of 138  phones.

Does that apply to existing systems, and you get the license increase when using CCA3.1  or is it only new systems purchased from now on?

Thanks

Graeme

It is backwards compatible to existing systems as well, using the latest sw and CCA! I should add for existing UC540 and UC560 systems, not UC520.

Hi Graeme,

Licensing increase applies to all UC540s and UC560, no matter when they were purcahsed. The only requirement would be to use CCA 3.1 AND Software Pack 8.2 to upgrade the IOS on these devices.

Thank you,

Anna
