CCA Backup of UC540 fails

Hello, please assist if you can.

I have been trying to do a config backup via cca on 2 separate UC540W, both of them return this error message;

           

Any idea why this is occuring, and suggestions on how to get pass this?

Disable firewall on PC.

This error message is either from windows firewall or a routing issue. Check your default gateway and if it is not the UC make sure that you have routes to all VLANs (example 192.168.10.0, 10.1.1.0, and 10.1.10.1). This message is usually an indication that you do not have access to these networks or whatever you set your VLANs to.

If you are using a firewall as your default gateway make sure you have routes to 10.1.10.1,10.1.10.2 and 10.1.1.0 from the firewall to the VLAN 1 interfaface.
