We have couple of roaming users using CIPC to communicate while they are outside the office , the issue is most of them are compalining about oneway communiction , we created new sessions in new pcs and laptops but the issue remains the same , then we also suspected about the bandwidth but any pc connected to UC 520 with cipc with higher bandwidths , the issue remains the same, wechecked about the mute button but it is unmuted , we run the audio wizard the test completed sucessfully ,whenever we press the transfer button the other end will hear properly .
