Cisco Smart CallConnector Toolbar Connection Error

I just installed the Cisco Smart CallConnector Toolbar Win_x32_2.1.0.4 and doesn't work, the installation show me the following error message:

"Connection Error"

UC540

Software pack 8.6.1

CME: 8.6

CUE: 8.6.5

Hello Luis,

Have you tried to put the CME address - if it is the default it is 10.1.1.1.
