Has anyone been able to get secondary dial tone when using a number like 9 for outside access code. We have this enabled on the broadsoft side, created dial patterns that have the 9 in the string but it does not delivery that secondary dial tone. I see where I can add the following to a dial pattern: <9,:> but this breaks the XML file. Any ideas

Nevermind...I was looking at a old doc. The current admin guide helped me out. Using the following dial plan with secondary dial tone with no issues with my XML file.
( *xx | #xx | [1-8]xxxS2 | 9,[2-9]11S0| 9,11S0 | 9,[2-9]xxxxxxS2 | 9,[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx | 9,1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx | 9,011xxxxxx.)

Hi Sir
Only to simplify to someone who searches on the community:
The comma "," in the dialplan is responsable to generate the second tone.
