Cisco UC320W - Hold Issue - Cannot Resume holder

I have a cisco UC320W and after 40 seconds of placing anyone on hold, we cannot resume the call. the cisco phone SPA 303 says trying to resume but never works and there is no way to resume call. Then call is dropped. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi

Do you see this issue only with SAP 303 phones.What is the phone firmware version which you are using.
