We use the CCA 3.1.1 with our UC520 Software Pack 8.2. We are unable to use CCA to configure buttons on a SPA509 phone but we can do it successfully using CLI. Cisco support said I should open another case to enable the CME GUI as it is much better than the CCA. He definitely meant CME and not CUE as we do have the CUE GUI, but phone buttons are not configured there. Anybody else use CME GUI on a UC520?
