Configuring prefered BRI port for each phone ?

Hello,

I am looking for a way to configure a prefered BRI port for each phone. I have 2 BRI lines and I would like to have :

phone 1 calls always with BRI0

phone 2 calls always with BRI1

phone 3 calls always with BRI1

phone 4 calls always with BRI0, ...

Also I would like BRI0 outgoing call to show number 123456 and BRI1 outgoing call to show number 456789.

I feel like I have to use translation rules but I do not know how to make this config.

Hi Stephane,

This level of customization is not supported through CCA. However, you could use COR-list to tie outgoing dial-peers to specific IP Phones. See if the thread below helps. If you don't have CLI expertise then this may be tough to do.

Similarly, the caller-id customization on a per port basis is not something that we can do today using CCA, but you should be able to configure outgoing dial-peers for specific BRI ports with required translations using CLI.
