connecting internet connection to UC520

Hi

    My client want to have internet access to all its users .I have following information

   Internet IP :192.168.1.1

   Default gateway:192.168.1.254

   Dns:192.168.1.3

  Data vlan :192.168.10.1

so, how do i achive the desire output
