create VPN between UC520 and ASA 5505

on UC 520 LAN 192.168.1.X/24 WAN 76.6.203.199/27 gateway 76.6.203.193    LAN address in 192.168.1.1

on 5505 LAN 192.168.2.X/24  WAN Dynamic IP

I am trying to get an IP phone (7975) on the 192.168.2.x network to register with the UC520

I am sorry if I did not do this right
