Delay in Call Park pickup

Ever since I upgraded to 8.0.2 and now to 8.0.4 ... I have about a 2-3 second delay picking calls up from a parked line.. The display on the phone shows that its answering the call and displays the caller ID of the parked call.. but does not pick up for approx 2-3 seconds.   While this is happening - on the line which is parked - I hear a choppy ring while this is happening.

Any Ideas?
