Dial by Name? Directory?

Any chance they'll add "Company Directory" - you know dial the first 3 letters of the person's last name for their extension?

Also, how do other people handle "dead" extensions? In other words, there are no devices and users on some of the 2xx extensions (where the users are), so when someone dials in and hits an incorrect extension it just punts them out. Not graceful.

We are looking at these features for an upcoming feature release.  If you need a solution urgently, then I believe the UC500 will do this today.
