Differentiate between DND and "Off Hook" status

We have several directors and assistants on staff where it would be helpful to the assistant if their phone displayed and differentiated between off hook or dnd. Currently, both off hook status and dnd report the same indicator for the assistant. UC560 environment, ip phone 514G and 7965G Thanks for the help. Blessings, John J

You may try to use BLF.

This is not supported with CCA.
