Question about call waiting options-
Currently all phones are setup for 2 lines
1 - personal internal extension
2 - shared main extension
If the person is on the call on their personal extension, he/she doesn't to hear the call waiting beep when a call is incoming on the shared main extension.
If I apply the "no call-waiting beep accept" command on the personal extension ephone-dn, will this fix the issue? Also if this command is applied, what happens when another call comes in on his personal extension? will it affect this call also?
