I am a reseller of hosted VoIP business telephone solutions. I use only Cisco SPA series phones (303, 504, 525G) One of my customers is experiencing a echo on all phones on their network, We have sufficient bandwidth allocation (30down and 2up) which is utilized by 12 phones with an average system utilization of approximately forty percent. They are not big bandwidth users (i.e.) Internet downloads, file transfer etc. The echo is not being experienced by the caller outside the office, but only internally. I am in the process of experimenting with audio gain on each of the sets to try and rid the problem. I will also test the sets on another network, check for echo on the headset port as well as check on echo on internal (extension to extension) calling . Any suggestions to help alleviate this issue would be appreciated.
