Fax to Email Problem

I am trying to setup fax to email over a SIP trunk.  With my current config, when you call the SIP number, you only get silence on the other end.  When I direct it towards someone's extension, the number works fine.

I did reload the box after I configured it.

I attached a couple of debugs.  It looks like it is invoking the fax app but I am not getting any tones.

I don't think FAX to email using SIP will work, or at leat that is what I was told when we put our uc520 in. if this is not the case then I would like to know the steps to get FAX to email working using SIP lines.  I have users that wnant there faxes deliverd to there inboxes via there DID's
